Can I use philips hue BR30 / E26 in this product?
BEST ANSWER: You can use any A type, E26 base (medium) 14.5 watt bulb. I would suggest switching it out for an LED bulb.

Does the have extra poles to lower the light? We ordered but it is very high over the dining room table.

can it come with no plate?
BEST ANSWER: Hello: No, the plate mounts to the ceiling and contains the mounting bracket and wiring to connect to a junction box in the ceiling (hardwire).

Can you buy extension rods?
BEST ANSWER: Per Customer Service they can Customize it to any length you need, for example to extend it to 70 inches there would be an additional charge of approx $300.
