BEST ANSWER: Yes! We mounted ours horizontally above our bathroom mirror. We are so happy with the light- it’s beautiful!

Our electrician said that the mounting bracket is only designed to carry the weight of the fixture vertically. Did the horizontal installation require a different bracket with angled metal on the long sides?
