Is the distance from the mounting out over the picture adjustable?
Does this not come with any light bulbs? Mind did not have any.

How long is the cord?
Does this light attach to the picture frame?
BEST ANSWER: It has small mounting brackets with an exposed cord. You could attach it to the frame, the bracket attaches to the arms at a 90, the tilt adjustment is between the mounting bracket and light
