Are the arms adjustable?

BEST ANSWER: Hi, yes, to adjust the lamp shade to the desired position, loosen the adjustment keys (two sphere sections near the shade) then tighten. I hope this information helps.

We had these installed and they appear to have fingerprints all over them. How can they be polished or cleaned to get rid of this ?

How do I tighten the sockets? They are sitting in a larger housing and there’s play to them. I installed tube bulbs and one is hanging down so you can see it below the shade and it affects the light pattern.
