I have a dining table 88"x46" 10' ceiling in an open concept room wondering which light to get 3 or 6 stix. Would 6 stix be to overwhelming?
BEST ANSWER: Hi, a chandelier should hang about 30" from the surface of the table; it should be about 12" narrower than the width of the table; the total wattage of all bulbs should be 200 watts to 400 watts to provide sufficient light. This fixture is going to be too wide for a 46" wide table. I hope this information helps.
