New roduct better then old
Product was as described. Attachment nuts for scrolls on the inside were loose and it was a bit difficult to thighten them. I then painted them to protect against rust, too.

Good for a while...
I installed 4 of these mounts on the block columns of our metal entrance gate with Maxim Lighting, Carriage House VX 1 outdoor post lights #40426.
