What is color temperature mean?
BEST ANSWER: Colour temperature refers to exactly that, the colour of the lighting fixture. 2700 is a warmer white tone whereas 3000 is a very pure bright white. colour temperatures like 4000 or 5000 will start to give off a slightly blue hue as it resembles more of actual sunlight. In short:
<2700: Golden/yellowish white
2700: warm white
3000: bright white
4000+: Sunlight/blue light
