Can I turn off from a switch on lamp itself? I’ll have hardwired so I can turn on snd off from dedicated switch when walking in room but can I turn off from lamp when in bed?

BEST ANSWER: There is no switch but there are remote controles that the electrician can install to allow you to turn off the light without getting out of bed.

UL Rating says "DRY", but I would like to use these sconces over the vanity. The sconces themselves would not get wet, but the bathroom would be damp. Is this a problem for a sconce with a linen fabric shade?
