What wall switch will work with this to hardwire?
Does anyone know paint colors that match the smoked iron or coal? I believe i like the smoked iron better, but need to make sure it will not clash with my dark charcoal paint that has a slight green undertone.

BEST ANSWER: We replaced existing fans so used the existing wiring and use an on/off switch. The remote control adjusts speed and direction. I can’t remember which color we ordered but it is a nice subtle, industrial grey/ black look. We used a black extension rod which looks good. We couldn’t be more pleased with the look and the air flow that we’re getting.

Can I use this fan indoors also?
BEST ANSWER: Most certainly I have used these fans in applications such as church sanctuaries and gymnasiums and they work great indoors

Can this be used on a sloped ceiling? If so what degree or do I need a an extra part if greater than said degree?
BEST ANSWER: Yes, we have two of these, both on sloped ceilings. Measure the width at about 8" diwn from the ceiling peak. If it's not enough the fit the fan, buy the extension rod!
