How long is the downrod for this fan? How far down does this fan hang from ceiling? Can there be a shorter downrod purchased?

What color are the blades? It says “carbon”. Is that black or brown?
BEST ANSWER: So I’d say it is a really dark brown. I bought it thinking it was black but when I look at it closely it doesnt look jet black. That being said it still went with the look I was looking for an can’t really tell from a far that it isn’t true black.

Can the light bulb be replaced by the owner?
BEST ANSWER: The light is an assembly piece that can be replaced by the owner. It is not a bulb that can be bought at a hardware store but it is a snap-fit assembly that can be replaced pretty easily.
