Can this light be mounted on a sloped ceiling?

BEST ANSWER: Hello: No, this is a semi flush mount fixture. Try to choose a fixture that has a chain or a cord to hang the fixture. f you have a vaulted ceiling, the best place to hang pendant lights is from the center beam. Most pendant lights that use down rods can be modified to hang straight down from a sloped ceiling by installing a sloped ceiling canopy. This adapter is purchased separately (most often an electrical supply co.), or let your installer know you have a sloped ceiling.

What does it look like when installed and you look up? Do you see the lightbulbs or are they covered?

What is on the bottom of this light? What does it look like? I assume it is a diffuser: plastic or glass?

BEST ANSWER: The Bottom is a frosted glass diffuser, it is quite nice because you don’t see any clamps holding it on (unlike a similar shaped light I purchased as well, this one is much nicer).
